Bio

Hi and Welcome to UMAA Training I hope to see you in a class of mine soon! If you are looking to learn new skills and need structure with your training and nutrition I can help you reach your goals.
I have a wholistic approach to health and fitness and believe that training should be adapted to the individual and there is no such thing as a one size fits all approach. I love to learn and am always progressing my knowledge and experience as a coach and I hope to pass this down to as many of you as possible.
I am responsible for the Olympic weightlifting (LIFT) program here at the gym and also coach wod/ fundamentals and a Friday night Team class. I have a variety of clients 1 on 1 with a range of goals so if you’re looking to learn proper technique and new skills , get stronger or just generally improve your health I can give you the necessary tools and direction to get you there! I also offer online coaching where I can tailor your training and nutrition to you and give you the blueprint and guidance you need to get your from where you are now to where you want to be.
