Bio

I am a passionate and highly-motivated coach, who specialises in Kettlebell training.

I offer 1-1 Personal Training and small group training sessions six days a week.

Being a busy mum to two small children I understand the challenges that women face returning to exercise after having children and setting the disciplines in place to fit your own training in an already demanding life. I am here to help motivate and inspire you to make your training a priority and in turn give you a healthier and happier life.

I began training with kettlebells after the birth of my first child which in turn inspired me to join the fitness industry and qualify in Kettlebell training.  More recently I travelled to Rome in Italy in May 2018 where i was coached by Steve Cotter and successfully completed my IKFF level 1 & 2.   I am the founder and owner of Kettlegirls Ltd – a concept that utilises kettlebells and Functional Training for a workout that encompasses power endurance, strength and flexibility.

Whether you are new to exercise and need some motivation, looking to lose your baby weight or if you are more active and looking to step up your fitness routine – Kettlebells and Personal Training can work for you.
